Pan roasted ribeye cap, celery root mashed with roasted garlic and pomegranat vinaigrette

  1. Surprisingly we had all the ingredients to make this dish at home. We used leftover clery root puree, leftover mashed potatoes with peas...added more potatoes to feed the three of us. Then Nick did his magic and turned what could have been a boring meal at home into something mouth watering and delicious.

    For those of you that are unfamiliar with celery root I will be posting some information on how to use it and why it's great momentarily.
